The information on this website, including product descriptions, dosage information, and usage tips, is intended for informational purposes only and is NOT medical advice. We always advise consulting a doctor or pharmacist:

Magic truffles (psilocybin sclerotia) are legal in the Netherlands. De Truffeltuin sells exclusively products that fall within the scope of Dutch laws and regulations.

The consumer is personally responsible for checking the laws and regulations in his/her own country or region when importing our products. De Truffeltuin is not liable for legal consequences arising from the import or use of products outside the Netherlands.

5. Responsible use

De Truffeltuin promotes responsible use of its products. We explicitly draw attention to the following guidelines:

• Never use magic truffles while driving or operating machinery.
• Never use in combination with alcohol or other mind-altering substances.
• Always start with a low dose, especially for first use.
• Ensure a safe set and setting and a sober guide (tripsitter).
• Never use alone, especially at higher dosages.
• Keep products out of reach of children.

6. Limitation of liability

De Truffeltuin is not liable for:

• direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products;
• damage resulting from improper, irresponsible or illegal use;
• damage resulting from disregarding the instructions for use and warnings stated on the website or with the product;
• damage resulting from the combination of products with medicines or other substances;
• damage resulting from the consumer’s failure to comply with local laws and regulations.

The liability of De Truffeltuin is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the relevant order.
